Shipping policy
New Zealand: $8 flat rate shipping.
Once you’ve completed your order online you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you don’t receive an order confirmation from us, please check your junk mail. If you still haven’t heard from us, please contact us at hello@monarc.nz.
If you would like to cancel your order:
Please get in touch with us immediately at hello@monarc.nz, and we will do our best to cancel your order. Unfortunately if your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it, however you are welcome to reach out in regards to returning.
Shipping times:
We aim to pack and ship within three business days of receiving your order. We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday). We do not process orders on the weekend or public holidays.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or negotiate delivery fees.
Lost orders:
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at hello@monarc.nz. If the parcel is not able to be located, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund once we have received confirmation from the courier company that delivery was not successful.
